UCF’s Professional Master of Science in Real Estate was designed by the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate as a flagship graduate program that prepares students to pursue careers in commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal, real estate development, mortgage brokerage, institutional real estate investment management, capital markets, and asset management.

NEW HYBRID FORMAT AT UCF DOWNTOWN
Beginning Fall 2026, the program will follow a new hybrid schedule to accommodate working professionals. Students will attend class in person once a week on Wednesday evenings and engage with online asynchronous content each week. This format provides the flexibility of online learning while maintaining the valuable networking and collaboration that comes from face-to-face interaction.
