UCF’s Professional Master of Science in Real Estate was designed by the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate as a flagship graduate program that prepares students to pursue careers in commercial real estate brokerage and appraisal, real estate development, mortgage brokerage, institutional real estate investment management, capital markets, and asset management. The UCF Professional MSRE program is an evening program, allowing students to continue their full-time careers while earning an AACSB-International accredited Master’s degree.

Program Overview
The UCF Professional MSRE provides the perfect foundation for a career with increasing responsibilities in various organizations and industries. The 30-credit hour, 10 course curriculum combines a professional business core with courses in accounting, finance, and advanced coursework in real estate. Graduates leave the program equipped with highly applicable knowledge of real estate disciplines, enabling them to advance their careers in a variety of organizations. Graduates are also well-prepared to sit for the Florida real estate brokerage and appraisal licenses.

Fast-Track Certifications
- Students earn ARGUS Software training meeting requirements to sit for ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) exam. (Students are required to attend a weekend-long training during the fourth semester.)
- Students are eligible to fast-track their CCIM designation upon graduation. The UCF Professional MSRE is approved by the CCIM University Alliance.
- Students earn credit towards the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.
Bloomberg Financial Markets Lab
In-depth financial markets research and analysis is incorporated into the UCF Professional MSRE curriculum through the use of its state-of-the-art Bloomberg Financial Markets Lab. Students access real-time financial markets data, news and analytics through the Bloomberg Professional service (Bloomberg terminals). Use of the Bloomberg Financial Markets Lab is available to the student while enrolled in the PMSRE program. Students are also able to capitalize on the use of the Bloomberg Professional service by completing Bloomberg’s self-administered Bloomberg Essentials Online Training Program and earn an Acknowledgement of Completion (previously Bloomberg Certification).
Program Schedule
The UCF Professional MSRE is a 20-month program with classes held on Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6:00-9:50 p.m., at the UCF Downtown campus.

Foundational Courses
The UCF Professional MSRE offers foundation core on-line modules in accounting and finance. These modules are offered to help students build the foundational knowledge needed to succeed in the UCF Professional MSRE program.
Students with a non-business undergraduate degree are required to take two free ‘Initial Assessments’ in accounting and finance. See instructions below for detailed information regarding the assessments and enrolling in the on-line modules.
Investment
The UCF Professional MSRE is a market-rate program with an investment of $30,000 which includes 30 credit hours, laptop computer, financial calculator, use of Bloomberg Financial Markets Lab, parking, and lifetime UCF Alumni membership.
