POSTPONED: Artificial Intelligence and Consumer Behavior
In light of UCF’s move to remote instruction and recommendation to cancel or postpone non-essential events, we have decided to postpone the March 20th Dean’s Speaker Series. We are working to determine a new date in May and will let you know as soon as we do.
Consumer-facing artificial intelligence has taken over households across the country from thermostats to vacuums, but more advanced applications of AI technology are creeping into the consumer market. David Luna, Ph.D., Professor of Marketing at UCF College of Business, will discuss his research into the effects of AI on consumer behavior and how people form relationships with emerging technologies.
