Biography

Melanie Larkins was a speaker at the 2022 UCF Accounting Conference.

She has more than 20 years of experience focused on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). She has worked with a variety of organizations to enhance their business performance through ESG (reporting, strategy, operational improvements, etc.).

As the leader of Protiviti’s ESG Center of Excellence, she develops strategies and defines operating policies/procedures to grow client services. Melanie was formerly the leader for product sustainability for a major global manufacturer and has significant experience in technology, telecommunications, hospitality, and energy.
