Megan Blanco is an accomplished business professional with more than 13 years of experience in various aspects of business. She is highly knowledgeable in talent acquisition, recruitment, leadership, business development, client engagement, operations, process improvement and implementation. Megan obtained her Master of Business Administration in 2012 from Texas A&M University– Commerce, and is a proud UCF Alumni having received her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Service Administration from UCF in 2007. She is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services, sits on the alumni board for UCF’s College of Community Innovation and Education and as serves as a mentor and advisor for the members of Zeta Tau Alpha at UCF. As a Career Coach on the Employer Relations team, Megan is able to combine her passion for helping students and her firsthand knowledge from working in the the recruitment and talent acquisition industry together so help students align their experience to the next steps in their professional career.
