Biography

Keri White Kozlowski is a faculty member with the UCF Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting. She teaches Tax, Business Law and Ethics at the graduate level. Professor Kozlowski began her career in healthcare. After returning to school to get her law degree and a Masters, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Barbara Haynes. Thereafter, she represented the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County’s hospital, public health, and medical examiner entities. She was also assistant counsel to the public-school system. One of her clients hired her to be Chief Performance Officer. She served in this leadership role until joining the UCF team in 2015. 

Professor Kozlowski graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University School of Law. She holds a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver, a M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Emory University and has a B.S. in Business Administration as an alumna of UCF. She is a certified Executive Coach and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit, County and Family Mediator. She does research in the fields of Employment Law and Ethics. Her focus is on helping others identify, analyze, manage and resolve people-drive organizational dilemmas before they turn into legal problems.
