Biography

Dane P. Blevins is an Associate Professor of Management and Ph.D. Program Coordinator in the Department of Management at the Barry S. Miller College of Business at the University of Central Florida. His research spans corporate governance, entrepreneurship, research methods and theory development. His work has appeared in leading journals, including Academy of Management Review, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Organizational Research Methods, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal and Strategic Organization.

Before entering academia, he worked in investment banking. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Dallas, his MBA from North Carolina State University, and his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University.
