Biography

Amy Beth serves as a Managing Director in the Audit practice of Ernst & Young, LLP.

She began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP in 2007 and has close to 16 years of assurance experience. Her background includes serving Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace and defense and power and automation technology industries, as well as retail companies with SEC reporting requirements (US GAAP), including experience in SEC registration and reporting requirements. She also serves clients in a variety of industries reporting under IFRS.

She has experience with various technical accounting issues including overtime revenue recognition, pension accounting, complex lease accounting, product liabilities, goodwill and long-lived asset impairments. Her breadth of experience includes financial statement auditing, including integrated PCAOB audits, and technical consultations.

She also is a leader within the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion network for the EY Orlando office, Executive Sponsor for EY Orlando recruiting, and serves on the Engagement Committee for Heart of Florida United Way’s Women United.

Amy Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in North Carolina and Florida.
