Registration Fees and Discounts
Workshop registration fee covers our highly interactive sessions, all course materials, plus breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, a certificate of completion, and adjoining parking each day.
Discounts are available for UCF Alumni, government and non-profit organizations, and 3 or more registrations from the same company. Please call us at (407) 235-3915 for details.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
All payments must be received in full two weeks prior to the program start. UCF will grant an 80% refund for cancellations made two or more weeks prior to the start of the program. For cancellations made within two weeks prior to the start of the program, a 50% refund will be granted. There is no refund if you withdraw on the day of the program. If you have registered online through our TicketSocket system and purchased TicketGuardian insurance and are requesting a refund, please refer to the TicketGuardian policies.
Substitute participants are permitted up to the day of the workshop.
