Biography
Nicholas Andriese is a fifth-year PhD candidate in Management at the University of Central Florida’s College of Business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and previously worked as a project manager for organizations specializing in employee feedback and training.
Nicholas’s research examines mistreatment, morality, and value-based behavior in organizations, with a particular focus on how interpersonal perception shapes these phenomena. He is also interested in research methods and holds a graduate certificate in Advanced Quantitative Methodologies from UCF.
Nicholas teaches undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management. Outside of academia, he enjoys skiing, biking, playing basketball, and spending time with family.”
