Biography
Nicholas Andriese is a fourth-year management PhD student in the College of Business at UCF. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and worked as a project manager for employee feedback and training companies before beginning the PhD program. His research is focused on values, ethics, and mistreatment in organizations. He teaches undergraduate organizational behavior and strategic management courses. In addition to research and teaching, Nick loves to ski, bike, play basketball and spend time with family
