Biography

Molly joined Withum in 2020 as its Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, she brings forward-thinking and technology-driven opportunities to help clients “Be in a Position of Strength” in today’s modern business landscape. She partners with Withum executives, senior leadership and key cross-functional teams to strategize, build and execute company-wide technology initiatives.

She has extensive experience in leading innovation and implementing change at Aetna, Inc. Molly deployed technology solutions to deliver enhanced business models, partnered with vendors to build and deploy new digital services, and managed strategic portfolios. Prior to Withum, she served as a Director at PwC where she was focused on business transformation.
