Biography

Lindsey LeWinter serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at FAIRWINDS Credit Union, where she leads the organization’s overall people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.

With 19 years of dedicated service to FAIRWINDS, Lindsey is a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and executives to align workforce strategies with business goals, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation through effective people practices.

Lindsey is passionate about mentoring young professionals to achieve their career goals, developing strong, high-performing teams, and leading change and healthy disruption to position the organization for long-term success.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, with a minor in Hospitality Management, from the University of Central Florida — Go Knights! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time near the water with her husband and two children.
