Dr. Karen Ehrhart joined the faculty of UCF in 2017. She earned her M. A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and has a B.A. from Westmont College with a double major in Psychology and Economics and Business. She has conducted research and worked with organizations on the topics of diversity and inclusion and customer service management. Her research has been published in outlets such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management Review, and Leadership Quarterly, and she has presented her work at national conferences such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. She has a passion for the integration of Psychology and Business and teaches courses in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
