Kamini Sukhraj is an experienced business leader with a strong background across the technology, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2005 and later completed an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Throughout her career, Kamini has held senior executive and leadership roles with some of Orlando’s largest organizations, including theme parks, cruise lines, resorts, vacation ownership companies, and publishing firms, as well as several California-based technology companies. This diverse experience has given her a broad perspective on organizational strategy, innovation, and career development.

With extensive expertise in project and program management, Kamini is passionate about helping teams work efficiently and effectively. She maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications and dedicates time to mentoring students and early-career professionals seeking guidance on career planning and growth. Outside of her professional work, Kamini is committed to giving back to her community. She volunteers with organizations focused on youth success, including UPchieve and Chapter One tutoring. In her free time, she enjoys investing, baking, and traveling on cruises throughout the year.
