Dr. Juncai Jiang is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Central Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Science with a concentration on Marketing from Jindal School of Business, The University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to joining UCF, he was a faculty member at Virginia Tech.

As a quantitative modeler, Juncai conducts marketing research employing a variety of methods, including game theory, econometrics and machine learning. His main research interest lies in digital marketing, causal inference, generative artificial intelligence and the power of crowds.

His work has been published in prestigious journals such as Marketing Science, Management Science, Production and Operations Management, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Service Research.
