Biography
Dr. Jun-Yeob Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Central Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on entrepreneur and leader personality, with particular emphasis on traits such as weirdness, creativity and narcissism. He also studies destructive leadership, including authoritarian leadership, micromanagement and abusive supervision.
