Biography

Jessica Malberti is the Digital Marketing Manager at CrunchTime Information Systems and an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of Central Florida College of Business in Orlando.

At CrunchTime, Jessica is responsible for executing digital marketing strategy and optimization, which includes managing SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and MQL and SQL reporting. In this role, Jessica partners with the content and campaigns and product marketing leads, to create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns based on personas and growth targets.

Prior to her role at CrunchTime, Jessica held digital marketing and media positions in a variety of industries including research and consulting, higher education, and travel.

Jessica graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 with a B.A. in Human Communication and a minor in Marketing. Following graduation from UCF, Jessica continued her education at Boston University where she studied emerging media’s role in daily modern life. Her coursework included the practical and theoretical exploration of human behavior, social media analysis, organizational communication, and Big Data. Jessica graduated with a M.A. in Emerging Media Studies and a Certificate in Social Media Analysis: Principles and Practice for Big Data.

During her time at Boston University, Jessica served as a Research Assistant as well as a Social Media Manager for the Division of Emerging Media Studies as well as several conferences including; #ScreentimeBU, Streaming, Binge-Watching & Second Screening: Online Social Television in Perspective, and Making Social Media Matter. In 2019 Jessica returned to BU as an adjunct lecturer for the Division of Emerging Media Studies Master’s Student Collaboratory Research course.

Jessica is currently the Chair of UCF’s Young Alumni Community and an Advisor for the Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at UCF. Jessica also is a digital marketing consultant with small businesses on a regular basis.
