Hiba El Harrak is the founder and managing director of The Skill’Up Foundation, an NGO dedicated to revolutionizing access to transformative knowledge and skills at the intersection of inclusive finance, AI and technology. She was previously a senior business analyst specializing in financial institutions and fintech at Infomineo. Hiba El Harrak is a Fulbright Scholar, researcher, and FinTech master’s student at the University of Central Florida. Her interests especially focus on smart contracts, digital payments, financial inclusion, digital banking, and the transformation of financial services through technology. She holds an engineering degree with a minor in finance from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane.
