Erica Martinez-Rose is co-founder and CEO of Tech Rage IT, an award-winning IT support services company headquartered in Winter Springs, FL. Erica is committed to delivering top-notch IT support to small businesses, ensuring a positive customer experience. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, project management, and information technology, she has transferred Tech Rage IT into a successful seven-figure company constantly recognized for exceptional customer service, growth and innovation.

Erica’s expertise in the field has earned her recognition in notable publications like the Orlando Business Journal, ChannelPro SMB and MSP Success. As CEO, she is responsible for shaping the company’s vision, branding, culture, and strategic roadmap.

Martinez-Rose is a 2024 Fire Awards honoree named by Orlando Inno. She was named Runner-Up in SuperOps.ai’s 2023 MSP Awards in the category of Woman MSP contributor of the year.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Erica holds a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University.
