Biography

Dana Wallace is an Associate Professor in the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting. She teaches undergraduate intermediate financial accounting, graduate financial statement analysis, and a doctoral seminar in archival research. Dr. Wallace joined the UCF faculty in 2013 after earning her Ph.D. in accounting from Florida State University.

Her research uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to explore topics in corporate social responsibility and governance. This includes financial and non-financial disclosure, political connectedness, internal control over financial reporting, and corporate responsibility regulation.

Before pursuing her doctoral degree, Dr. Wallace worked as a tax associate at PwC. She is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
