Dana Joseph became an assistant professor at the University of Central Florida in 2011 after receiving her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. Her research focuses on emotional intelligence (emotional regulation, personality, etc), leadership, gender, diversity, and discrimination/harassment. Prior to her Ph.D. studies, Dana received her Bachelor’s in Psychology/Biology at the University of Southern California and her Master’s in Psychology from Texas A&M University. In 2016, she became an Associate Professor for the UCF Management program.
