Biography

Cristina Faria serves as Vice President of Human Resources for The Capital Grille and Eddie V’s Prime Seafood at Darden Restaurants. Having begun her hospitality career as a server, she is passionate about developing leaders, creating pathways for career growth, and helping people realize their potential.

A proud graduate of UCF’s Professional Master of Science in Management–Human Resources program, Cristina is honored to give back through the Dean’s Advisory Board. Her husband, Eduardo, is also a UCF alumnus, having earned his undergraduate degree at the university. They live in Central Florida with their daughter, Emilia, and their two dogs. Go Knights!
