Biography

Cindy Campbell is a Real Estate Attorney with Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. Cindy’s practice includes extensive involvement in all aspects of commercial transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing, and dispositions. Clients look to Cindy for practical solutions in connection with their development and construction of commercial projects, and in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements pertaining to such representation. Cindy offers a broad range of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions. She assists developers, builders, investors, lenders, and private and public entities on a wide range of asset classes, such as developments of regional impact, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, automotive dealerships, agricultural uses, vacant land, condominium properties, theme park development, fitness centers, and retail. Cindy’s experience also includes complex title issues and various related real estate matters.

Cindy is a graduate of UCF with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, with specialized certificates in Commercial Transactions and Estates & Property Law. Following her undergraduate degree, Cindy earned her Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law where she graduate magna cum laude. Cindy is admitted to practice law in Florida and Washington, D.C.

In addition to her real estate practice and teaching at UCF, Cindy serves on the Executive Committee of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Orlando, CREW Network’s Industrial Council, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Central Florida’s Management Committee as DEI Co-Chair, on the Advisory Committee for the Hannibal Square Community Land Trust, and on the Boys & Girls Club – Joe R. Lee Branch.
