Biography

Carys Zhao is a second-year PhD student in the program. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Statistics and her Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her current research interests are ethical leadership, teams and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs).
