Biography

Ray Bazzi is CEO & Founder of Diriga Technologies and Diriga Services, Diriga Technologies specializing in Cybersecurity, IT Services and Diriga Services is a recruiting company specializing in finding high skilled labor in the DOD and Simulation Space. Ray began his journey with ESQ in 1990 then Diriga Technologies in 2010 starting and Diriga Services in  2019. 

Ray Bazzi has an MBA in Business from the University of Central Florida and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.

Leadership and Entrepreneurship Experience

  • In 1990 created ESQ  computer solution focusing on the local government and school district space while a student at UCF and grew it to a 10 million annual sales company
  • In 2010 Created and Managed Diriga Technologies to provide Managed IT services to Central Florida’s private corporations 
  • In 2020 Created and Managed Diriga Services to become one of the leading recruiting companies in the Modeling in Simulation Space in Orlando

Favorite UCF Memory: 

Built his  company Diriga as a class project when attending UCF as an MBA student with total collaboration from staff, students and UCF professors.
