Biography
Mission-driven and student-centered academic leader with two decades of higher education expertise and ten years of successful entrepreneurial endeavors. Previously served as the Hill Williams Distinguished Chair of Business Administration and as the Associate Dean at the College of Business & Industry at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. Actively contributed to advancing institutional goals and scholarly excellence and played a key role in achieving and reaffirming AACSB accreditation. Committed to fostering an inclusive campus culture and to advancing institutional priorities through innovative and inclusive learning environments that enhance student success, empower faculty and staff, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and support regional economic growth.
