Following an evaluation of 16,289 authors, the Academy of Management Learning & Education (AMLE) ranked UCF Department of Management Chair Ron Piccolo, Ph.D., among the top 100 most influential authors in organizational behavior.

The AMLE study, authored by Dr. Herman Aguinis and colleagues, measured scholarly impact in the fields of organizational behavior (OB), human resource management, strategy, and general management by identifying  the authors, articles and books most frequently cited in textbooks and journals. Three articles co-authored by Dr. Piccolo were among  the 40 most cited articles in OB textbooks, two of which ranked 11th in the survey receiving more than 1,000 citations.
