Since starting Palkiper in 2007, Marie has closed over a quarter billion dollars in real estate transactions, mostly vacant land for development. She started her commercial real estate career in 2004, working as a development assistant for a multifamily development partnership, where her love for land was discovered. Over the years Marie has been known to mentor new CRE agents as well as create several mastermind groups with experienced practitioners.
