Katie George is passionate about connecting people with solutions that build their confidence and improve their financial well-being. After starting her career with Addition Financial nearly a decade ago in the marketing department, Katie quickly rose through the ranks to become a senior relationship manager on the Community Engagement & Partnerships team where she was responsible for overseeing partnerships across all of Seminole County.
During this time, she served the community as a board member on The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools Board of Directors and The Foundation for Seminole State College Board of Directors, as well as chairing the Seminole State College Alumni Association and serving as a council member for IMPOWER’s Village Advisory Council.
Today, Katie continues to serve her community as a principal relationship manager in the Real Estate Lending department. She manages partnership activation with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, local real estate agents, title companies, and builders to create referral pipelines for all 26 Addition Financial branches and make home ownership a reality for people of every economic background. Katie is an active executive council member with Leadership Seminole as the Alumni Chair, volunteers with Rescue Outreach Mission, and serves as a Take Stock in Children mentor. Katie, her husband Jordan, and new baby boy Joey enjoy traveling, beach weekends in Ponce Inlet, and spending Sundays with family cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers – Katie’s hometown!
