Vice President of Development, Related
Jeffrey Robbins is responsible for strategic planning, land acquisition and development for the company’s Central and North Florida operations. Jeff’s dedication is to ensure the execution of Class A Residential Mixed use projects to the Related standard that are successful and the surrounding communities they inhabit are enhanced for all.
Prior to joining Related, Mr. Robbins was the Director of Real Estate for Consolidated Tomoka Land Company, responsible for the development and disposition of the company’s 20,000+ acres in the Daytona Beach area. Prior to Consolidated, Mr. Robbins had been a Development Partner for Broad Street Partners, and Vice President of Development for ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc. and his own development company, Robbins Development Partners.
Over his 30+ years, Mr. Robbins has overseen the development of over 3,000 units of luxury apartment and mixed-use communities throughout Central and North Florida. Mr.Robbins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida. He is a past member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and works on several philanthropic endeavors for his community.
