Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Economic Development, Orlando Economic Partnership
Crystal Sircy oversees the operations of the Orlando Economic Partnership as the organization works to advance broad-based prosperity in the region. She also serves as the Senior Vice President of Economic Development, attracting new companies and talent to the market and assisting existing companies in job growth and capital investment. She joined the Partnership in 2016 with 25 years of economic development experience. Since that time, the Partnership has won 160 projects creating more than 23,000 new jobs throughout the Orlando Region.
Before joining the Partnership, Crystal served as the Executive Vice President/COO of Enterprise Florida, the statewide economic development organization. In her role, she oversaw operations for five divisions, managing a $25 million annual budget and leading over 90 employees across three offices located in Miami, Orlando and Tallahassee. During her tenure, Crystal led the team to establish more than 2,000 projects projected to create 295,000 new Florida jobs and $31 billion in capital investment. Among several legacy projects, she helped recruit projects for Embraer, Navy Federal Credit Union, Northrop Grumman and DTCC.
Sircy has served on various boards, presently the National Center for Simulation Board of Directors. She has been an active member of numerous economic development organizations including the Florida Economic Development Council, International Economic Development Council, Industrial Asset Management Council and CoreNet Global. Crystal has been named a Trendsetter by Florida Trend and was awarded the Eunice Sullivan Economic Development Professional Award and the Women Who Mean Business, Business Executive Award.
