Orlando, FL (October 29, 2025) — Fourteen UCF College of Business students earned scholarships as part of the ADP Business Knights Leadership Academy, thanks to the support of global human resources management company ADP. The academy, which launched in January 2025, is designed to enhance leadership development and create opportunities to prepare students with the knowledge and skills they need in their first job. The collaboration with ADP is just another part of the company’s longtime partnership and commitment to the college and UCF.
“We not only invest in [UCF College of Business], but we’re lucky to harvest from the school. UCF produces great graduates,” said Simon Choy, Vice President & GM of ADP, told the scholarship winners and their families Friday before handing out the awards, before adding, “People don’t just come to ADP for a job, they come for a career.”
