About the Speakers

Craig Crossley is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Central Florida. He looks for ways to bridge research and practice, adding value to the bottom line while educating future generations. Prior to joining UCF, Craig was a senior manager at a Top 100 private company, where he worked directly with executives on companywide initiatives. A researcher at heart, Craig forged partnerships with universities and developed research-based techniques that resulted in multimillion dollar marketing and sales strategies with clients, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Captain Warren Christie is Senior Vice President of Safety, Security and Training at JetBlue Airways and oversees JetBlue’s Safety and Security programs as well as all education, training and development programs at JetBlue University. Warren has spent more than 25 years in aviation. He joined JetBlue Airways as a pilot instructor at JetBlue University in 2003. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1988, he was commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Navy. He served as a Naval Aviator from 1988 to 2005. He instructed at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) where he led staff and student training and was responsible for the design of the graduate level strike-fighter tactics training curriculum.
