Lauren Locklear is a doctoral student in the Department of Management at the University of Central Florida, where her concentration is in Organizational Behavior. She received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Georgia in 2015, primarily researching work-family issues, gratitude and mindfulness. Thereafter, Lauren worked in Human Resources in an education technology company before coming to UCF in 2016. Her research interests focus broadly on workplace deviance and mistreatment, as well as interventions in gratitude and mindfulness. At UCF, Lauren is an instructor for the Strategic Management Capstone laboratory.
