Jennifer is the Director of The EXCHANGE, presented by Fairwinds Credit Union, at UCF’s College of Business. Her responsibilities include managing The EXCHANGE, a 120-seat idea room that is the hub of engagement at the College of Business. She is also the lead instructor for GEB 3006, a Career Development and Financial Literacy course as part of the Professionalism Series for business students. When Jennifer is not working on student initiatives, she is responsible for securing and managing corporate partnerships at the College.

Prior to joining UCF, Jennifer was with Cross, Fernandez & Riley, LLP (C/F/R) in marketing roles from 2000 through 2015. In 2015, C/F/R combined with BDO USA, LLP (BDO), where she served as the Central Florida Marketing Director. She started her professional career working for Burton, Braswell Middlebrooks, a structural engineering firm.

In 2013, Jennifer co-founded ATHENA Orlando Women’s Leadership, Inc., which includes three core programs, the ATHENA International Women’s Leadership Luncheon, ATHENA NextGen and the ATHENA Women’s Leadership Award. For five years, Jennifer co-chaired the ATHENA International Women’s Leadership Luncheon with Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs as the honorary chair. To date, the event has raised $115,000 toward a scholarship endowment for female students at the University of Central Florida. In the past five years, ATHENA NextGen has graduated close to 260 emerging women leaders.

Jennifer frequently speaks to UCF students about mentoring, accounting, branding and building relationships. She also served on BDO’s national business development training team and has presented to the Florida Chapter of The Association of Accounting Administration and the national chapter of Executive Women International.

She is an alum of UCF with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and she will graduate with her Master of Education in Applied Learning this year.
