Bailey is a Ph.D. student in the Management department at the University of Central Florida. She received her Master of Science in Management from the Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary.

Her current research interests include leadership, workplace aggression, behavioral ethics, third-party mistreatment and discrete emotions. Her work examines how employees respond to experiencing, witnessing or engaging in unethical workplace behaviors, such as abusive supervision or ostracism. She has presented her work at numerous management conferences, including the Academy of Management, Southern Management Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
