Bio: Hello! My name is Jayden Cruz Berdecia. I have lived in Central Florida for 16 years and counting. work for Inter&Co Stadium and UCF Athletics as a Ticket Office Representative selling tickets to fans and solving any conflicts customers have with their tickets. On top of that, I have volunteer experience in operations, ticket sales, fan engagement, and media coordination. I did my undergrad at UCF and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Currently, I am pursuing a double Master’s degree, one in Business Administration and one in Sport Business Management, as a part of the DeVos Sport Business Management program. Upon graduation, I plan to gain a position for any big 4 sports franchise working in operations, research and development, or management.
