Wioleta Olczak is a Ph.D. candidate at the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting at the University of Central Florida.  Her three-study dissertation examines the impact of system justification on individual decision-making.  Specifically, the dissertation concentrates on managers’ ability to make rational economic decisions in the presence of social norms.  Her other main research interests are in environmental social governance (ESG), public interest and experimental managerial accounting.
