Tiffany Hughes is the Executive Director of the Office of Outreach & Engagement for UCF College of Business. She is responsible for strategically identifying opportunities for development and partnerships that support and communicate the College’s mission and programs to the community. She is also responsible for raising the level of annual support and participation through personal visits, donor cultivation, special projects and the identification of fundraising opportunities. Tiffany also manages external participation and sponsorship commitments to ensure CBA’s involvement is in alignment with its mission and academic programs.
Prior to working for Office of the Dean, Hughes oversaw the operations and management of the Executive Education programs at the UCF Executive Development Center located in Downtown Orlando. She has a demonstrated background of more than 22 years of successful experience in management, corporate sales, marketing and public relations. She is an accomplished public speaker and prior to UCF, she earned 11 years of leadership experience as the vice president of one of the nation’s largest recycled product manufacturers.
She was named Jacksonville Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” and has the privilege of serving as an advisor to various industries and associations. She currently serves as President-elect for the Downtown Orlando Partnership and on its’ Executive Board. As part of that service, she assists in the facilitation of Mayor Buddy Dyer’s State of Downtown, DOP Lunch & Learns, and the Golden Brick Awards. She also serves on the Board of UCF Town & Gown and coordinates the Annual Heart Walk Team for the College of Business and serves as the UCF liaison for the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida.
