Biography

Dana Wallace is an Associate Professor in the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting where she teaches undergraduate intermediate financial accounting and graduate financial statement analysis. Dr. Wallace received her Ph.D. in accounting from Florida State University and joined the UCF faculty in 2013.

Her research uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to examine corporate social responsibility and governance topics including financial and non-financial disclosure, political connectedness, internal control over financial reporting, executive compensation and corporate responsibility regulation.

Dr. Wallace worked as a tax associate at PwC prior to pursuing a doctoral degree and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
